Coffee Morning - Saturday August 7th 10-12.30pm, Old Town Hall Carlisle
Tuesday 7th September 2010, 5.00-7.00pm, The Therapy Centre (now "Making Space"- above Tesco in Carlisle city centre) Mindfulness and meditation. What works for me? Sharing of our own experiences.
Tuesday 9th November 2010, 5.00-7.00pm, - Social/Fun evening
