REGULAR NETWORK MEETINGS

Lakeland Businesswomen's Network is a networking group for women in business in south Cumbria.

Set up in January 2006, the group is run by the members, for the members. 

The annual subscription is only £30 and non members are welcome to attend any of our meetings for just £5. We have 100 paid-up members and well over 120 interested parties on our regular emailing list.

We meet monthly, on the third Thursday of every month, alternating between morning and evening speaker and networking meetings, in a variety of venues across the area to make sure the widest pool of members can come along. At every meeting members get a chance to air success stories, business problems, advertise events and network. We also hold subsidised training days on business topics such as presentational skills, marketing and finance.

So, whatever your line of business, please get in touch, and we hope to see you at our next meeting.

Ferbruary Meeting - How good photography can promote your business


Date: Thursday 16th February
Time:7-9pm
Venue: The Foyer, Kendal
Topic:  Glynis Bland Photography on how good photography can promote your business. Shirley Crisp Lingerie will be helping her make the point along with Sandy Kitching. It will be a fun and entertaining night.

 

 

An opportunity to learn more about each other's businesses. Come along and hear about what your fellow LBN members actually do! - and promote your own business as well!

Additional Meetings

In response to demand for more networking time, LBN will be putting on additional meetings each month devoted to spending more time talking - as if we need an excuse!! These will be on the first Thursday each month and will alternate between morning and evenings to give everyone a chance to get to at least one meeting a month.
