We’re hoping to look at Setting Goals with a local speaker who went down really well at the NEWS Group at Wigton – details to follow later in 2012.

Acupuncture introduction
Thanks to everyone who joined Jules Burrell at Brougham Hall back in November.
Reports of passing around acupuncture needles for some reassurance, a bit of laughter and relaxation and lots of tongue inspections plus coffee and cake from the team at the Fusion Cafe.
Thanks to Jules for hosting this and to Ali for standing in as the meeter and greeter.
